Terms of Service

License

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business use. One license covers one developer across all their machines. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software.

Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full feature access. The trial is tied to your device and does not require a credit card. After the trial period, a paid license is required to continue using the Software.

Orders and Payment

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Prices are shown on the product page in the listed currency and may change at any time for future orders. Your license provides one year of Pro access from the date of purchase.

Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If the Software fails to work as described, contact support within 14 days of purchase at support@lookinside-app.com and we will work with you on a fix, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with license validation, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Do not include the LookInside-Server package in production or release builds of your applications.
• Do not use the Software to violate any law or third-party rights.

Disclaimer and Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
